Purchased the Jumbo Detox Shampoo and Fine Hair Conditioner a few weeks ago, love both of the products my hair feels great and doesn’t tangle after showering. Had a few product issues with the pump for the jumbo conditioner, Ouai’s customer service is really good and sent me 2 replacement pumps. Managed to get one of them to work, then unfortunately locked the pump off and couldn’t get it to unlock again. I would buy the shampoo again but probably not the conditioner until the issue is resolved.

I got the Ouai medium shampoo and thick conditioner. Firstly, these smell absolutely amazing and last onto the next two days. I have naturally frizzy wavy hair and the shampoo is the first one that is just right- not light enough to leave my hair feeling dry but also not thick enough to feel like I have unrinsed product clinging on rather than just my hair being softened and clean. My one issue is with the bottling, as the design of the bottle is not the best to get the conditioner squeezed out easily, even when I store it upside down.
