I will always be grateful that I received an Ouai sample in a loyalty gift box. That first bottle of leave in conditioner signalled the start of my hair doing what I wanted it to! I am not young, and have been cursed with a head of very fine and floppy hair. Each attempt and product tried previously, was ok, but the effect lasted less than an hour. I told every hairdresser ‘ I hate my hair’. Now, using a combination of Ouai products, my hair seems to have more life. It is fuller, bouncier and the effect lasts far longer. I wouldn’t say I love my hair - but Ouai has enabled us to declare a truce and I no longer have the styling nightmares of old. The Ouai website is easy to use, delivery fast and packaging sound. Most importantly, it appears to be the only place to buy the big bottles of leave-in conditioner!

Really like the products so am glad I was made aware of the offers via the website. They arrived quickly and the packaging was nice and sturdy.

I have the hand cream and body moisturiser the containers are of good quality the product is very moisturising the smell is unbelievably gorgeous it makes me feel happy thanks quai

Absolutely love this, my pup isn’t too keen on smelling nice. But was really happy with this. She didn’t try roll around in the grass after her bath. The smell is gorgeous - I use ouai products and love scent. So to have my dog smell like me is a win-win. Delivery was fast and packaged securely
