All the items we have received were on time and we have been very pleased with them. The finishing cream is excellent and holds my hair beautifully. The shampoo and conditioner and mousse that my son has used has also been what he has wanted. We will be ordering more

I will always be grateful that I received an Ouai sample in a loyalty gift box. That first bottle of leave in conditioner signalled the start of my hair doing what I wanted it to! I am not young, and have been cursed with a head of very fine and floppy hair. Each attempt and product tried previously, was ok, but the effect lasted less than an hour. I told every hairdresser ‘ I hate my hair’. Now, using a combination of Ouai products, my hair seems to have more life. It is fuller, bouncier and the effect lasts far longer. I wouldn’t say I love my hair - but Ouai has enabled us to declare a truce and I no longer have the styling nightmares of old. The Ouai website is easy to use, delivery fast and packaging sound. Most importantly, it appears to be the only place to buy the big bottles of leave-in conditioner!

Really like the products so am glad I was made aware of the offers via the website. They arrived quickly and the packaging was nice and sturdy.
