The Look Fashion

The photography you use in your catalogs is great. Your merchandise is made of cheap fabric and looks tacky when it arrives. VERY disappointing.

Looks cheap; material is stiff. Size was good.

I am a big and tall woman so consistently order XXL or 1X sizes from The Look. However, HUGE quality control fail on the Fancy Schmancy Duster & Be-YOU-tiful Jacket on sizing. Both are prettier than on-line, but could not even get my arms into EITHER of these. Allowed my sister (who is 60 lbs lighter than me) to try them on---same tight arms and stretched hard across the shoulders. So disappointed as I wanted to wear both of these for two upcoming Christmas events. Returning these today and would suggest someone at The Look measure these before shipping out again and frustrating another client.
