These pieces are the second and third I've purchased (and returned). Unfortunately, like the first jacket, it appears the person(s) sewing in the sleeves must be picking up the sleeves that belong to the Small/Medium jackets. The jackets themselves are gorgeous and the bodies fit fine, but the sleeves are way too small! I will not be purchasing from The Look again unless you can get some type of quality control.

Items ordered were too small by your sizing , such a shame had to return and very costly... not happy about the COVID charging either Probably won’t order again.

The sizing is way off from other shopping sites. I like the styles,but cannot depend on the shirts fitting. I won’t be ordering again. I was able to have one blouse altered but I cant depend on anything fitting. I’m sorry because you have some very good looking things.

I received a defective garment and your company refused to send me a pre-paid return label. I can't believe that any company would not provide this when their own quality control dept allowed them to ship out something defective. Very bad policy in this day and age.
