I had to exchange one item. I haven't received the exchange. It has been about two weeks.

Shipping takes too long....

I have purchased a few times from The Look - but rarely keep the items. While the designs look good in the magazine/on-line, in reality they’re either poorly made or not sized for an American body. In addition - having to pay an exorbitant return fee is a major turn-off when I can purchase from other merchandisers either in-store or on-line and get either free or reasonable return fees. The paperwork to make a return is not at all intuitive. By all means - if you are an adolescent or small-size adult - give The Look a shot. Otherwise - “Pass."

Waiting on an exchange which is taking a very long time.

I LOVE the sleeveless turtle neck from the order. Great fit; great material; great color (deep fuschia). I returned the dress. It did not look good on me. It was mailed March 19, 2020. I am awaiting the credit to my account. The dress was lovely--just not my style.
