The Look Fashion

Most of your clothing is shipped from Germany and takes a very long time to receive. Also, items are not available upon ordering and customers are “pre-ordering” unknowingly. It has taken me months to receive an order, including several slacks which I still have not received.

The Look’s website is so easy to use with a good selection of styles. It’s a welcome site during this time when I can’t shop in person.

It’s been over 3 weeks and I still haven’t received the “stay in your lane” shirt

I love the dresses that the Look offers, but I wish you would let the customer know on the invoice that is sent with the order, when the backorders might ship out or when they will become available. I have to dresses that are on backorder I guess and have no idea when I will be getting them. Thank you.

I was pleased with my shopping experience but would have liked receiving the items sooner. I do not know if the look could improve that area or not. That is my only demerit from giving the look five stars.
