Unfortunately, pumps on both bottles stopped working after a couple of times using it

My product was packaged awful and took for ever to get, maybe it was on back order. Not sure but the product was watery, again maybe it got to hot in the mail.

Would give zero stars if I could!

I placed an order about a month ago now (Dec 29th 2023). Upon following up last week on the status of my order, I was informed that it would be completed and dispatched by the end of last week but it is a week later and I still have not received any dispatch confirmation email or tracking information. IOP just emailed me to "leave a review before January 7th 2024 to WIN a years supply of Isle of Paradise!" but that Jan 7th was over 2 weeks ago.. Will review again once order is actually received.

Didn’t get them AT ALL they did not send me 3/4 of my order. Reached out to customer service 4x and NO RESPONSE. First time actually buying from their website and will never buy here again. Beware that their customer service is non existent and that you will get screwed out of your money for no product. It really sucks!
