No. Promised a refund, still haven't got

Customer service has been pretty awful. I sent my package back unopened because I ordered wrong length. I sent this back and provided my tracking number. They are claiming my package is lost which isn’t my fault that is a USPS problem. I should still get my refund back. Hopefully their phone service works better than their email service…. It’s been three weeks since I sent my package back. NO refund. Not happy

I should of gotten all my money back for bad quality of product. Will never buy from here again
