Make sure you get the color ring to compare your hair color and what you want to order. Twice now I’ve been sent the wrong hair in an unmarked bag making it look like the color I ordered and it wasn’t. Had to go through a whole entire process to return it. Told me the hair I wanted is sold out but it’s still says it’s available to order online.

Horrible quality hair…. Waste of money …. Based on other reviews i wish i saw before, you have known about the crap quality of the hair and still continue to sell it
