Because the items I bought were on sale, I cannot return them or get a full refund. They are offering a store credit. The extensions need to be removed who’s going to pay for the removal? Extremely disappointed.

No one ever answered or called back when trying to get info from the company

The hair is dry and shedding. I believe it’s synthetic but then again you get what you pay for I can’t compare . I used great length extensions back in the day which is completely unaffordable but then again I guess you get what you pay for the hair does hold a style, but it’s tangled and matted.
