Shipping was great, the product was packaged well and I got it quickly!

I bought 2 diffusers and one was broken. I sent and email and picture and got a new one in the mail.

We bought this as a planting tool. I quickly found out that it is a great weeding tool. I use the shallowest ring setting for pulling plantains from my lawn. I'm letting the plugs dry out to then use the weed free dirt to fill in the holes. I've experimented with the deepest setting (no ring) to remove dandelions. Seems to work for them, too. My wife is using for planting seeds and small plants at the correct depth.
