I bought yet another Charmworks charm for my granddaughter who’s bracket now boasts many of your beautiful pieces She loves them all.

The best customer service ever - a rare thing these days. I made a mistake and bought a bracelet for my daughter which was too small for her - the help and assistance in resolving my problem was andolutely first class - thank you so much!

Beautiful bracelet, super fast delivery & exceptional customer service.

Having bought several things from this company I've always found they are quick to dispatch items once ordered, with good communication on progress from ordering right through to delivery.

It is a Christmas gift for someone else so cannot say what they think but I love it.
