I found out about the bar.com via a facebook link that interested me: The Deadpool limited edition Aviation gin. I found the website easy to use and purchased a bottle of the afore mentioned gin as a present for a friend. I was kept updated about my order from dispatch to my door. Unfortunately, on opening the lovely packaging. I discovered that the seal on the neck of the bottle was damaged. Absolute gutted, as this was meant to be a present. I contacted thebar.com, who were brilliant and sent out a replacement bottle the next day. On opening the second delivery, even though it was packaged twice (like the first one). The same thing had happened, but worse. Reluctantly, I contacted the customer service again. They were brilliant. Even though I didn't want another bottle, for the same thing to possibly happen, they issued me with a £10 discount for my next purchase. Which I thought was incredibly kind of them. They made a awkward problem, much more bareble. Much appreciate Stuart
