Again, the customer service has been impressive: courteous, caring, thorough, helpful; much appreciated. Now, as to shipping: I let the Woolery know that we are located in a fairly rural area of southwestern New Mexico presently, so extra padding in some boxes would help prevent squishing by rough transport handlers. Otherwise, no complaints!

I own a Fricke Enterprises ball winder that is no longer manufactured. Woolery has the drive bands. I’m SO pleased. Amy even went to the warehouse to check on the size for me. It arrived within days and fits beautifully. Thank you Woolery!!!
