They make sure that you get your order in a timely manner and if the item is out of stock, they notify you in a timely manner so that you can purchase the item(s). Their customer service is exceptional, and you can tell that the representatives are proud of their company.

The wool was even higher quality than I expected! It was perfect for my project and a pleasure to work with.
