Consistently excellent! Seems to always have what I need. Nice to be able to speak with knowledgeable employees.

The only issue I have is I ordered the small warping board when what I really needed was the large one. Because I am brand new to weaving it would have been very helpful if I had a little guidance. I have purchase the large warping board through Amazon since it wasn’t available on your website. Still learning but more time is needed. Any suggestions what the small warping board can be used for? Your service was great! Soon I’ll be weaving like a pro!! I hope!😊
