My loom is fantastic but I had some issues. Turned out I was doing something wrong. When I called, Amy from customer service had me send her pictures, figured out what I was doing wrong, taught me how to correct it and sent me additional videos to help me. Then when I sent her a picture again asking if I was doing it right, she called me immediately to say that I was and spent a lot of time on the phone with me. The 8 shaft loom I bought is fantastic but it’s all brand new to me so I can’t even put into words how much I appreciate the Customer Service and fabulous support The Woolery gave me after purchasing it.

Shipped quickly and the book is great! I discovered I have a 4 shaft jack loom by Herald. Their logo took some to find. Thank you for the great service!
