Product was supposed to arrive May 27th, it’s June 4 and never received. I asked for a refund and was told it was not possible. Do not order from this company.

The materials feels rough, and the quality is poor compared to older Northwest blankets I've had before.

Still haven’t received items

Poor packaging.

It's too thin and I don't see how to return it.
