Only complaint is it took me 3 tries to do the review as page kept closing; I’m a long term customer and liked it better before you added the 5percent restocking fee. You should waive that if one takes a store credit. I can see you need to do something to keep from loosing money from people who could conceivably abuse the system.

Shipping was fast and the service was great - as always. I was kept informed about every step of the transaction and updated frequently on the shipping.

Bought a pair of used Reference 1 loudspeakers. Didn't really suit my tastes, so I returned them. No questions asked, no penalties, received refund very promptly. . Staff was always friendly and understanding. Would definitely purchase from again. Very highly recommended without hesitation!

TMR is on my short list for any future purchases.
