The shipping was good as expected. No surprise here. The service is exceptional. I had a small problem and customer service was all over it. Robert sent me an email and took care of the whole thing. After the problem was solved he emailed me back to make sure everything was OK. I love the follow up. Something you don't see much anymore. Ryan, my sales rep was very helpful in making the right selection

I worked with several folks recently for a return a purchase and to sell some gear and everyone was wonderful One suggestion, have someone available over the weekend to reply to email questions.

These islolators definitely mad a noticeable difference with my KEF R5 floorstanging speakers. Better instrumental seperation, more low-level detail and an overall bigger soundstage. Well worth the investment.
