Excellent experience with TMR. . . between Simon (before) and John (after) I am really pleased and have full trust in TMR going forward; I will purchase from TMR again when I plan to upgrade my speakers. With Simon/TMR I received the full, reasonable trade-in value offered for my certified pre-owned amplifier once TMR safely received and had inspected/tested it. TMR then applied the full trade-in offer amount against my upgrade integrated amplifier purchase. Seamless. I now have full trust in TMR team and will return to upgrade my speakers within the year. TMR is legit and a VERY easy and professional team to work with. Do not second guess yourself or have concern with TMR. . . great products, great people, great all-around experience.
