What I appreciated most was the complete lack of pressure — just thoughtful guidance, honest impressions, and responsiveness. As someone who takes time evaluating audio gear carefully, that kind of approach makes a big difference. Overall, a great experience and I would absolutely consider purchasing from TMR again.
