Not good very difficult to apply store credit to my new purchase. Still haven’t figured it out.

fair on price as TMR obviously did not know what they had; and i got the usual "its new and not been listed long, so no discount". . . . well. . . the price was already 50% less than the real market value of this item. I bought it at full TMR price; not a penny discount. . . . and I made out. . . I could sell it today for twice what i paid for it. . . but will not. . . as my Tannoy GRF speakers are complete now. . . . perfect. . . . . . . . and a true legacy pair.

Cool that they pay shipping for exchanges AND purchases. And they are prompt.

For me, the experience buying from TMR was very positive in all regards. Their selection certainly has enough separate manufacturers for everyone to make an informative yet satisfying decision. The gear I chose, when received and set up, looked as if it were brand new. Everything operated as it should have and I am thoroughly enjoying listening to a high end system that has been a dream of mine for over ten years. Thanks TMR for making that dream a reality!
