Amazing, loving the new store in Geelong. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. One of the best customer experience I have had is in The Memo store.

Wonderful service and easy to find things!

I was mistakenly given the wrong product at checkout, and because I live over two hours away from my local The Memo store, I was initially worried it would be difficult to resolve. However, the team were incredibly accommodating, helpful and prompt in rectifying the issue. They made the whole process so easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated.
