I love knowing I am treating myself to chocolate that is good for me. The price tag is higher than I would typically spend, but I have recently been making an effort to eat more clean/real food so I decided to go for it and see if I could enjoy a serving size after lunch. I can and I do ! I don't do anything else during that time and I try to make it last as long as possible. I let each bit melt in my mouth and savor the taste and texture.... SO GOOD! It actually tasted better than I remembered from ordering one of the first batches and indeed it is naturally sweeter! I asked if the recipe had changed or if I had changed - I didn't remember loving it like I do now. So, if you tried it in the beginning (a few years ago) and thought it was a tad bitter, give it another try, you'll be glad you did!
