Overall the Handy Team have been amazing, I pre-ordered the handy 2 pro and wasn't sure when it would arrive (I have pre-ordered for other things not handy related in the past and it was a bad experience so was very hesitant) and they were very quick to respond and very professional and the toy arrived soon after. All in all I'm very happy with the toy and the handy team and they will now be the only toy company I will buy from.

Although the pre sale info was a little confusing, the Handy team were very informative when inquiries were made. The Handy 2 is a fantastic upgrade from the original. Delivery was prompt and the tracking was excellent. The store is easy to navigate and ordering is easy. Thank you!
