Great Experience with The Handy team so far. . . I had some questions about the process and I always got prompt responses. Item was packed safe and shipped discreetly with no indication of the contents. There was a slight delay with US customs but this was mostly due to not checking my email. Once I responded to the inquiry the package was on its way and on my door step the next day. I can't recall the last time I was this excited to receive anything in the mail. Haven't had an opportunity to use it yet but this will be on another review.
