Bought the handy 2 pro during the kickstarter campaign. Originally I opted for the early bird but somehow it was changed to the standard instead via some glitch. Handy was ordered on July and received on end of Feb on the next year. Unit was having battery charging issues but it settled itself after a firmware update. However the bearings soon had problems too. A replacement unit was quickly sent to me. Customer service was fast but the logistics for delivery was slow considering my countries location was quite near geographically. Shipping was via air and it should deliver within 3 days. But it took longer than expected. The handy 2 pro was a very good upgrade in terms of sound and torque. But the accessories leave more to be expected, for example, the core sleeve holder magnets dropped off on the very first day. Despite using super glue it still dropped subsequently. These few instances actually dropped my 5 star to a 3 star. QC was questionable. Also, was hoping the team could expand so they could handle the large amount of work for the current staff members. Overall, the experience was great however the execution met lots of challenges which dropped the satisfaction eventually. As for now the battery was still facing issues like 100% despite 1 hour use. Battery calibration hasn’t been fixed yet. Will still be a loyal customer of handy.
