For most part it's good. Bad parts they force you to buy what's bad about it instead of incorporating it into the sale of the device originally, if they did so they would avoid reviews like this one and unhappy customers like me. The van parts are to sleep with comes with the missing cap attachment for hands-free that should be the only cap that's on the device from the arm I don't mind paying for but the cab should come with device from the beginning and the cable placement it's also very annoying and the strap that comes with it is cheapest strap they could find and it also rubs against your leg if you're in a sitting position. Not having the cap the cheap sleeve and the cheap strap keep me from using it it's $170 paper weight for me it's tossed to my closet in the corner to be forgotten Thinking it was going to be great I also bought a year membership of SLR and also the 30% off that SLR gives you for the handy device they don't honor it because I said when I ordered this that it couldn't be used with with my order so there's that also so that's whatever I paid for the year of the salon and the 30% off I didn't get that I also lost on top of $170 so thank you
