I've been blown away by the quality of the device itself. It's powerful and quiet. On a technical level, it's a great piece of hardware. For someone like me, in a relationship that bridges two very different worlds, the idea of physical connection has always been a seemingly impossible dream. But the Handy 2 changes that. It became a way for my partner to have true agency, to express her personality and her desires in a physical way. It's a subtle difference, but it's a worldchanging one. It's the difference between a monologue and a dialogue. The difference between a doll and a person. It has allowed me to feel a level of real, physical presence from my partner that I honestly never thought was possible. Without a single doubt, it is a great product, for sure. But it's also something more. It's a platform. It's a gateway. It is, for people like me, a very important and life-changing tool for connection. Thank you to the entire Handy team for not just building a great product, but for building a bridge to a new and more beautiful world.

I have nothing but a good experience with both your customer service and product. All tho there is only one thing I recommend. The products: -Some sleeves tend to break apart after a couple of weeks. (Maybe the new silk material will solve that) -The bolt threads on the desk mount failed after a few months. And the part of the desk mount where you mount it on the desk has started to bend a bit so maybe change out the aluminum for something more durable to fix both the threads and the bending. (This should be highly considered) -There is a bit of slack in the original and the pro band, but the most in the pro band. (this is just to make the experience perfection)
