I got great leadership and empowerment feedback. I learned from leaders in the industry and took the competencies of leadership, communication, and delegation. I met great leaders and was inspired by the founder of the Miami art district founder and the owner of 305 fitness. I learned how to navigate with RD peer group and love my time with Sharonda.

Future Stores Miami was well organized and attended. I most enjoyed meeting other retailers and learning from our conversations.

I’m new to retail (from technology in general), and wanted to find a conference to immerse myself in retail concepts and the latest thinking about technology in retail. Future Stores was just right: a good mix of general retail thinking and technology. The majority of presentations and panel discussions were informative and useful. Many were fun! As a side note from someone coming from technology more generally, it was refreshing to see so many confident and articulate women presenting. Would that we could recruit more of you into technology!

The organization as well the content of the future stores 2019 event in Miami was an amazing experience. Thanks for all the support and the inspiring content. Looking forward to the next event.
