Very friendly staff at the whiteley store

Super in store service at the Harrogate shop - no need to even go to queue at the till - & a lovely conversation with staff about missing the Vanilla perfume - please bring it back! Always friendly & welcoming & with great range of products.

The staff in store are always friendly and very helpful, love to pop in to browse new items.

Fast efficient service

Friendly and approachable staff. I hope all scents will stay longer like at least 12hours
