Service and shipping is excellent. Staff are a credit to the business. It's why we have come back time and time again over the last 15 years or so.

I bought some chocolate coffee beans a short while ago to put away for Christmas: I have now re-ordered as the first packs have magically disappeared! Lovely, a new family favourite.
