Well, I can only give you my thoughts because I'm no coffee expert. But as far as I'm concerned Kenyan Peaberry coffee is without doubt the best coffee there is by far. Supermarkets sell Kenyan coffee but they are light on the details. They never give a roasting date and they only tell you that the coffee in the bag is, "Arabica" coffee, In other words, the coffee is bought on the general market and blended and maybe roasted months ago. Whereas going to a coffee retailer like The Bean Shop they stock the real deal like Kenyan Peaberry coffee. The full details are written on the packet. IE, what date the coffee was roasted and exactly where it came from. As the old saying goes. . . . . . "You only get what you pay for. " That's fine by me. Having a fresh cup of really good quality in the mornings is one of the joys of life. So, to summarise. I enjoy my coffee. If I have to pay a few pence more for that pleasure, so be it. What the world needs now is more real coffee retailers like, "The Bean Shop".
