Great products, but the overall experience was awful. The return process was a nightmare—confusing, slow, and completely unsupported. I won’t be buying here again purely because if something doesn’t work out, it takes forever to sort it out. If you put all this effort into sorting out your return process instead of harassing me for a review, everyone would benefit. In short, only buy anything from here if you have a week off to send emails, make phone calls, print, wrap and re-wrap parcels.
