It came broken

Sent me the wrong tip section…… so have to go through a return process just to get the right tip. When I called on this, they weren’t apologetic and didn’t want to rectify the issue. I have to find time during my work day to make it to the post office and resend the incorrect tip section back so they can send me the correct one. Frustrating.

Never received my second tip got just one and paid for two. Please send my second tip.
