Received promptly. The hat seems well made but there is some extra material inside front of headband that creates a bump that rests against the forehead. It’s uncomfortable.

T-shirt was better than expected however, I bought it on the BOGO sale and didn't receive my free T-shirt. Not sure if I will shop with you in the future?

I ordered a replacement tip for a 7#weight GLX-CC 9ft - I was sent a 9#weight. tip ! Not impressed ! Waiting to see if this will be rectified
