I love the flavor and admittedly have not been as consistent as I should be about taking it. So aside from knowing that it's good for me, and my BMs have improved, I haven't felt too much of a difference. I would like to continue taking it to be fully able to make a true assessment.

I feel better, I take it every morning. I’m 4 months in, haven’t lost weight but I do feel better.

I like it it gives me energy in morning and taste great !!!!
