The unit works great, customer service leaves a little to be desired. My attachment that holds the phone broke. I contacted you and you said you would send one right out. A series of 6 to 8 emails from me over several months and I did finally receive it. Just maybe be aware that customer service needs assistance to get products out to customers, especially a replacement. Thank you

Now I ordered in May and didn't recieve it till the beginning of August. That irritated me a lil bit, but after I sent a email someone responded saying there was a delay. And it would be on the way.

so far so good. I am trying to figure out way to utilize it. It is great for FT, video capturing. I could see this being super great for a social media influencer. Just trying to figure out a good fit and placement for holding in my car.
