Delay after Delay. Not very good customer service

When I sent in my complaint, I received an email saying submit a photo of the problem. How do I take a photo showing that the arm won’t bend and the screws pop out?

Horrid customer service. Would not recommend purchasing from company. Not guaranteed to receive any products.

Terrible customer service. They do not respond to emails
