Need to send back

took forever to get and it is not worth the wait

It did take a long time to get to us which was a bummer and the quality of the product didn’t quite meet our expectations of what we saw on TV.

I understand that there were some hiccups to the release of the product, but I should have received a status from the company. I only received updates after I sent an email following up on my purchase. Had they not replied to my email I would’ve requested a refund.

Don't know yet because there is no phone number to call about how to get it out of the beautiful box.
