Shipping took a bit but I understand they were out of product

Everything was fine, except the product itself. Oh and the packaging was super hard to get the product out.

Sorta forgot that I ordered it….periodic updates would have been nice

It was way too long of a delivery service time - two months versus a few weeks? Maybe you sell it through Amazon?? People were courteous though, and tried to communicate when asked when I would receive it.
