I previously used a basal
I previously used a basal body thermometer for fertility tracking, and then to help us conceive. This worked fine, but was a little annoying to remember each morning, try to get at the same time, and especially when traveling and schedules were different. After having a baby, I knew this just wasn’t going to be accurate anymore with frequent night wake ups, so I caved and purchased the Tempdrop. I should have done this so long ago. Minus the learning curve of remembering to put it on at night (yeah, it works best if you wear it 🤷♀️), it has been amazing. I feel like it is very accurate to my temperatures I was getting manually, even on the nights I’m up 3x a night 🥴. The app is easy to use, the chart is clear to read, and it has a similar symptom tracker to the app I was previously using. Very happy with this for fertility monitoring - both for preventing pregnancy and for when we’re ready to grow our family again!
