Horrible customer service

I tried to cancel the order before 12 hours had passed since I placed the order. But they told me it was too late because it was already shipped. It hadn't even been 12 hours since I placed the order. !!!!

I asked for a refund because I had an allergic reaction and was ignored.

Insisted that I will pay extra for a classic armband, the one I got was very uncomfortable.
