My original Tempdrop’s battery died suddenly and after reaching out to customer service, they assisted me with troubleshooting right away. Once that didn’t work, they offered to replace my sensor or upgrade me to the 2. 0 at a 50% discount even though my warranty was expired. They were so prompt and helpful!
