Worst purchase I hve ever made and a terrible company to deal with.

I've been frustrated with my experience. Initially the temp drop was working, but leaving a consistent red ring of irritation where the battery was sitting on my arm overnight. The skin would start peeling after wearing it on the same arm 2-3 days in a row. After contacting support, I was hold to change the positioning and turn the band inside out. However, the tempdrop has been inconsistent since, only reading temperature every second night. I requested a replacement battery to solve the irritation issue and this was not granted instead unhelpful "support" provided instead. I would not recommend this product and have been really dissapointed with my experience as well as the customer support.

I returned my tempdrop as soon as I realized it was a company founded and run out of the terrorist state of Israel. Despite being completely unopened, I was still disappointingly charged $20 for the return. All that said, I cannot in good conscious spend money supporting an economy and people who support the dehumanization and genocide of Palestinians. If this is not the stance of Tempdrop and its reps, then I invite you to share a message condemning the actions of the Israeli government and IOF, support Palestinian rights to life, land and self-determination. Shipping and ordering was easy. Unfortunately the Tempdrop stopped working after a week.

Horrible and condescending customer service.
