Perfect shipping service. I like product, but I do miss measurement in Celsius.

Great product. It seems to be working well so far and it has definitely made the tracking process much easier (I would often forget to manually take my temperature in the morning!) Only disappointment when was I received the delivery and had to pay an extra $50 for duties since it was shipped from US to Canada. It's been a very long time since I needed to pay a fee like that on an online order. It should have been mentioned during the ordering process that the customer would be required to pay duties.

The armband ain’t great. But shipping wise it’s good. The product is really expensive for what it is. But does the trick.

My package was delivered to the wrong house (but I got it soon after) but when I started emailing Temp drop, they were quick to reply and assist.
