Amazing customer service!! Can’t sing their praises enough!! I had an issued with FedEx, and I reached out to Tempdrop for support, and even though the issue was not their fault in any way, they made great efforts to try and resolve things with FedEx, and even offered to send me a replacement item straight away! The customer service team kept checking in and chasing FedEx, and they made sure I received the parcel. I was very impressed with how they handled things! Well done everyone!! 👏
