I am finding this to be a much more relaxing way to track my temperature than using a thermometer. Of course, you still need to remember to put the armband on at night, turn it on, and synch it to record results, but there isn't that stress of having to take your temperature before you have moved or said anything when you first wake up. You don't need to sit there with a thermometer in your mouth waiting for the beep which was not my favourite way to start my day! Another great bonus of Tempdrop is that you don't need to worry about taking your temperature at the same time every day which is a reeeeally nice change from the thermometer-particularly if you're on holiday or you want a little lie-in at the weekend. I have also tried the Apple watch temperature tracking but found the readings to be unreliable. This is definitely the best solution I have come across to date.
