Ordered a suitcase on the website with DHL shipping to secure prompt delivery for my upcoming trip. In a few minutes saw the option with backpack straps, called the customer support and changed the order. In 2 days I received 2 shirt storage boxes that were supposed to be a free bonus. But no backpack. Called again, the lady said my backpack was not shipped and was unlikely to come the following day (the day of trip). Received a refund and had to borrow a suitcase.

Website is poor and ended up receiving a default colour rather than the one I wanted because it was out of stock. I received a disappointing response when I raised the issue with CabinMax

Ordered a bag, got an email after my money had been taken saying that it was out of stock. Offered a different colour instead (horrible). Was told I could use the refund to get the bag from amazon where it was more expensive!! Wouldn't/couldn't get the stock or offer me the same colour I ordered but in a different style. Won't be ordering from here again.

I was very disappointed to find out you do not deliver outside of Europe. I wish someone would of got in touch with me about this. I was not aware until days went by and did not receive my order. :(
